About the Role

The Manager of Global Learning & Development is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital & Talent team and will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Global Learning & Development team’s agenda, specifically for our business services population. This will include the design, development, and delivery of programmes and courses, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and development and improvement. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in identifying and analysing learning and development needs and providing innovative learning and development solutions of the highest quality for the firm
  • Developing, preparing, reviewing, and updating materials, including facilitator’s guides, participant workbooks, and visual aids
  • Assisting in curating content for the learning management system
  • Generating performance evaluations and recommending salary increases, and working with Human Capital & Talent to recruit, hire, train, coach, and manage the performance of employees

 

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Possess outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, in all media types, and display the ability to interact effectively with people at all organisational levels of the firm
  • Demonstrate outstanding project management skills across multiple locations and cultures
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of and expertise in individual and group adult learning best practices, and measuring transfer and impact of learning and development


And have:

 

  • Relevant experience in learning and development
  • Experience working in a global matrixed organisation
  • French and/or German language skills, preferably
