About the Role

The Global Associate Recruiting Manager is an integral part of Latham’s Associate Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for overseeing global Associate Recruitment operations and will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Driving strategic leadership in recruiting operations, ensuring innovative and efficient processes across global platforms.
  • Leveraging data analytics to shape recruitment strategies, enhance candidate experience, and support business growth.
  • Developing and implement cutting-edge recruitment policies and procedures that reflect global best practices.
  • Collaborating with global management and cross-functional teams to align recruitment initiatives with strategic business objectives.
  • Cultivating strong partnerships with external vendors to enhance recruitment capabilities and drive operational excellence.

And have:

 

  • Extensive experience in recruitment operations with a proven track record, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and regulations in Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
  • Technical proficiency with experience in applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technologies.
  • A global perspective with enthusiasm for building international relationships and occasional travel.
