About the Role

The Global Compensation Manager is an integral part of Latham’s Human Capital team. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation policies and strategies aligned with and in support of business goals and objectives, while helping to develop analytical standards, policies, and internal/external procedures for consistent and equitable execution and implementation of compensation programs. This role will be located in either our Manchester, or London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Collaborating with Human Capital (HC) leadership to develop and implement compensation strategies
  • Providing advice on compensation strategy and decisions, policy and guideline interpretation, and job architecture and design
  • Partnering with HR Operations and HRIS teams on the setup and testing of annual compensation cycles, and managing the support function during salary/bonus cycles
  • Conducting research and providing analysis of compensation data and trends in support of current and future needs of the business
  • Staying current on all compensation-related regulations and helping to ensure compliance of current compensation policies and processes

 

We’d love to hear from you if you:

 

  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of compensation practices
  • Display good analytical skills
  • Demonstrate the ability to analyse situations and develop strategies to address them

 

And have:

 

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification, preferably
  • Compensation administration, strategic human resources, or financial analysis experience
  • Experience in implementing and administering compensation policies and procedures
