About the Role

The Junior Training Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Attorney Development team. This role will be responsible for supporting the Attorney Training team in organising attorney trainings and assisting in the development and execution of these trainings, including scheduling new joiner inductions. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the coordination of day-to-day administrative responsibilities of the Training & Career Enhancement (TACE) Committee and attorney training team
  • Assisting in the coordination and scheduling of all programme logistics
  • Organising MCLE and/or Continuing Competence assessments and consulting with attorneys to ensure compliance with cycles or deadlines and assessing and resolving any related inquiries
  • Managing relevant mailboxes and office calendars and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Processing invoices and expenses and tracking relevant budget expenditures

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Possess organisational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, be responsive, and handle multiple deadlines
  • Display strong attention to detail and quality assurance processes
  • Demonstrate exceptional Microsoft Outlook knowledge to manage a variety of recurring meetings, appointments, and other events

And have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor’s degree
  • Relevant professional experience, preferably
