About the Role

The Workplace Experience - Floor Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Workplace Experience team.  This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of personnel and visitors in one office location, ensuring these are handled accurately, promptly, and in line with global Workplace Experience standards, while welcoming and assisting visitors, colleagues, and guests in a courteous, professional manner. This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this is an in-office position, and that the shift hours will be between 8:30 am - 6:30 pm. 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Anticipating the needs and responding promptly to requests while following established global service protocols
  • Maintaining the presentation and readiness of all shared and meeting spaces, using checklists to confirm standards are met
  • Presenting a professional image at all times, in accordance with the Workplace Experience dress code
  • Creating, updating, and closing tickets in ServiceNow in line with required SLAs and documentation standards
  • Completing all assigned checklists accurately and on schedule, escalating issues where necessary

  • Possess working knowledge of health and safety standards, and regulations, to ensure compliance and promote a safe environment
  • Demonstrate willingness to complete all tasks and learn new skills, with flexibility and eagerness to grow professionally
  • Are comfortable utilising and navigating various technology platforms and applications to enhance efficiency and productivity, specifically development and utilisation of skills with artificial intelligence tools

And have:

  • Workplace experience or related experience
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
