About the Role

The Legal PA (Attorney Support FAST Specialist) is an integral part of Latham’s Attorney Support team. This role will be responsible for supporting summer associates, trainees and first through fourth-year attorneys with a variety of administrative responsibilities, while working in a global team environment with a real-time work ticketing system (ServiceNow). This role will be located in our London office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.

 

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Handling daily time entry, calendaring and scheduling, managing/editing documents, and travel arrangements
  • Proactively learning internal systems and processes to find innovative solutions to problems and requests
  • Preserving the confidentiality of firm and client protected information
  • Promoting effective work practices, working as a team member, and showing respect for co-workers

 

We’d love to hear from you if you:

 

  • Display professional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with attorneys, clients, vendors, and staff throughout the firm
  • Demonstrate the initiative to work both independently and in a team environment with a customer service focus
  • Possess the ability to multi-task and adapt to continuously evolving technology platforms

 

And have:

  • Relevant experience in a legal or professional services environment, preferably
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, preferably a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
